We were impressed with the communications, timeliness & workmanship of this organization. When we think of this organization the following subjects stand out in our minds! 1. Promptness a. Our initial contact with this organization was one of us not having to wait for them to arrive because they were there early for the scheduled time. b. This organization was prepared to discuss & show us the proposal for the septic system c. Scheduled times for the project were kept 2. Consumer Education a. Owners were explained every step of the way what was happening & why. b. Owners were provided prompt answers to questions that may have not been addressed and/or needed further clarification. 3. County Inspections a. The organizations repertoire with the County Inspector flowed well! 4. Cost & estimated time of completion a. Quoted prices were adhered to with no over rides. b. Expected time of completion was even less than quoted. 5. Materials a. When appropriate the consumer was provided with better/upgraded materials and/or options. Over all this organization consists of diligent, conscientious individuals who are "honorable" people that we would refer!
